Date Night

This cream was made to celebrate a great friend. He LOVES rum raisin ice cream, so I decided to make a cream with a different twist. I have never had run raisin ice cream because I am not a fan of raisins. However, I LOVE dates. What a GREAT substitute to reinvent this classic flavor, I think :-)
