First Love aka Renzi’s Dream

Renzi is the name that my family gave to my father, Lorenzo. He is the who I inherited my sweet tooth from, for the both of us had always been bonafide chocoholics!! Whenever anyone visited his house, he would greet them at the door with a hug and a smile, have a bowl of chocolates and almonds on the table where guests sit, and they would be offered a slice of strawberry shortcake (his favorite).

My father had health issues for many years, which was one of the reasons why I adopted a vegetarian diet and became a health coach. It is also why I had the dream to create a healthy dessert option using superfoods. He passed away in February of 2020.

Renzi’s Dream Vegan Cream is a gift from me to my dad. I unveiled it on his 71st birthday, May 1, 2020, as a way to celebrate his life. It is a delicious blend of cacao, fresh organic strawberries and almond pieces.
